All Our orders charges for delivery are the cheapest rate available on Australia Post to your destination. Prices begin  from AU$8.40.

If you wish to use a different postage service we are happy to accommodate just contact us here on the contact page and we will get a quote for you just make sure you give us your full contact address so we can get an accurate quote and also let us know how many pieces you wish to purchase.

We take paypal or you can use your credit card mastercard or visa and american express.

Some areas that have eligibility are also able to choose paypal pay in 4 or afterpay as an alternative pay later pay model.

We also can send you an invoice and you can pay by direct bank deposit if you prefer paying direct to our bank account.

If you choose this method you must send us a copy of your receipt after payment is made.

Once your order is paid for we will usually process it within 2 business days.

Generally we send same day as payment if your payment is received by 1pm Brisbane time however we do have times when we re busy where our orders will
take longer.

We always make sure to send our orders as soon as possible in all cases.

As for postage once you lodge your order with the postal service we then in the hands of the courier or postal service and so this time is out of our control of when that can arrive.

But generally speaking the orders are received within 3 to 5 days however we do ask that as this is out of our control that you do allow 14 days for delivery to take place before contacting us for us and we will happily open a search for your item.

We do not keep or store your credit card data on file.

Your data will be processed securely using Paypal or your preferred payment processer at check out

Your sale data will be then processed by your preferred payment processor we do not access this payment Information except for the successful payment indicator sent to us on payment success for your order.

We only keep the needed order details of your order in order to process your order and to comply with local government data retention requirements for transactions.

Your order will be processed within 48 hours
ONce your order has been collected you will be given a tracking number for the order and your order will be sent to your registered postal address you gave us during checkout.

Yes you will receive an invoice for your order after successful payment of your order to your registered email address.Occasionally system errors may mean your invoice does not get sent so If for any reason you don’t receive an invoice please contact us and we will provide you with a duplicate

Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free
30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item.

When you contact us:

We will provide you with our return address. You’ll be assigned a returns authority number, which is essential for processing your return.

Before returning your item, please ensure:

The item is in its original packaging.
Take a clear picture showing the issue you are concerned about.
The product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
All tags and labels are still attached.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is not due to a product issue, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
If the return results from a product problem, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
Important Note: We generally do not pay for return shipping fees if the product is ordered from overseas. We will happily exchange, but we do not cover shipping fees unless the product is received in a faulty condition. Please inform us immediately if this is the case. If return shipping fees are a concern, we recommend refraining from purchasing from us. Cancelled Orders After Shipment We do not pay for orders cancelled after an order is shipped.
If you wish for a return, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item to us in unopened and the same condition the item was sent in.
We will refund the price of the item only; the shipping component will not be refunded. Please do not purchase from us if this is a problem, as this is our policy.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be automatically issued through your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
