Return Policy

30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item.

We will provide you with our return address. You’ll be assigned a returns authority number, which is essential for processing your return.

Before returning your item, please ensure:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • Take a clear picture showing the issue you are concerned about.
  • The product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All tags and labels are still attached.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is not due to a product issue, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • If the return results from a product problem, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

Important Note: We generally do not pay for return shipping fees if the product is ordered from overseas.
